A fun arrangement of this ever popular children's favourite, playground song.
As the title suggests all four players, for the majority of the time, move as one but with very individual parts. A good piece for the ensemble to learn to phrase together and be introduced to syncopation.
Based upon note clusters, all parts are written within the octave, with interesting rhythms and a large dynamic range.
This is a collection of eight of the most popular Christmas Carols written in a simple swinging style.
An arrangement which includes Away In A Manger, Infant Holy and Westminster Chimes.
As the title says it's a Jazzy Jive which all the players will have fun playing.
A simple rousing 2/4 march with the melodies mainly in the 3rd and 4th parts.
A stately Prelude precedes a lively up-beat march style Pageantry. The piece works equally as well as a quartet, but the optional bass guitar/percussion adds a lift to the procedings.
Four rags all with different characteristics from the easiest "Static Rag" to the more challenging "Slippery Rag", with interesting yet playable parts for all.
Remembrance is a poignant, easy to play piece eminently suitable for sombre occasions, such as a Remembrance Day Service.
A really laid back saunter for all the members of the quartet to enjoy.
A lot of shaking and swinging in all four parts but well within the ability of the young aspiring player.
A delightful, delicate arrangement of this best loved carol
The players switch easily back and forth between time signatures to give them an invigorating roller coaster ride.
Easy catchy rhythms in three movements - Cha Cha, Ragtime and Tango.
Arrangements of: Trumpet Voluntary - Clarke: March From Aida - Verdi: Trumpet Tune - Stanley: Judas Maccabaeus - Handel.
Arrangements of: Trumpet Tune - Purcell: Scipio - Handel: Te Deum - Charpentier: La Mourisque - Susato.
Legato melodies throughout the three movements.
A straightforward Cha Cha which gives all four players the chance to shine.
Simple variations on the well known tune "Twinkle, Twinkle"
Four simple rhythmic movements.
Constantly changing between 6/8, 3/4, 2/4 and 4/4 rhythms.
Swing quavers are used throughout the three movements with some chromatic movement. A good piece to introduce the players to swing.
An arrangement which includes Sussex Carol, In Dulci Jubilo and I Saw Three Ships.
