Each part in Fun For One is recorded by a clarinettist on a second track, so that the pupil may either play the same part as the CD to check rhythm and pitch, or as a duet with the CD. Book 1 begins using semibreves and minims within a limited range. New notes and rhythms are gradually introduced as the books progress.

Three well known American tunes arranged as duets, making good GCSE material.
This delightful piece, which covers the whole chromatic range of the clarinet up to top E, is cleverly constructed to be equally successful as either a duet for two clarinets or as a clarinet solo with piano accompaniment. Both versions are included and either would be eminently suitable as a GCSE solo or ensemble piece.
As the title implies equal prominence is given to both parts with crossovers between fast and slow, simple and complex, in this unusual quirky duet.
In this set of duos, both clarinets, for the most part, are of equal importance. The aim is to provide technical and melodic interest whilst remaining in the chalumeau/lower register.
Three short contrasting movements written for two players who shared a stand for a number of years and loved swinging and in particular the "Blues"
