These flute duets are inspired by the two part inventions of J S Bach but each one is a twelve bar blues in various styles. Challenging interweaving syncopated rhythms throughout.
Book 1 begins by using semibreves and minims within a limited range. New notes and rhythms are gradually introduced as the book progresses.
